- Designing, developing, and implementing new features for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE/CRM)
- Working closely with international teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM) users
- Customizing reports, dashboards, and workflows within MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM)
Voraussetzungen
- Degree in (business) IT or comparable qualification in the IT field
- 3+ years of experience in configuring and implementing ERP and/or CRM platforms, especially MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM)
- Proficient in MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM) customization
- Experience in integrating MS Dynamics Sales (CE/CRM) with other applications
- Strong understanding of internal IT structures and ERP architecture
- Professional communication in English
