Einführung
Jung von Matt is looking for a German-speaking Media Buyer (d/f/m). As a Media Buyer at JvM IMPACT, you will have an important role in the planning and implementation of our media campaigns.
Aufgaben
- Media booking: Booking of advertising space and times in various media channels using the DML tool
- Invoice control: Checking and validating incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Billing instructions: Preparation and approval of payment instructions
- Compliance: Ensuring that all media services purchased are in compliance with agency specifications/negotiations
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and reports of all purchases and billings
- Collaboration: Working closely with the media planning teams to effectively implement campaign strategies
- Supplier management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with media suppliers
- Risk management: Identifying and managing risks in the purchasing process
