About the role

Your responsibilities

• You support the marketing team to implement the global marketing plan, and develop and manage all France focused marketing initiatives.
• You strengthen buycycle’s brand position by establishing relationships with brands, media partners, influencers and athletes that embody buycycle values. You manage collaborations between these partners and buycycle.
• You establish and maintain relationships with key press contacts within the France market that are a key to success for buycycle.
• You plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• You analyse and report on the results of local marketing initiatives, and make recommendations to adjust the plan as needed.

About you

• You have 3 to 5+ years of marketing experience.
• You have experience and a deep passion for cycling and/or other endurance sports.
• The ideal candidate for this position has a strong business and organisational acumen and demonstrates a native understanding of the France cycling community and cycling culture in general.
• You have experience in developing and executing influencer marketing strategy is a bonus and will be highly valued.
• You have a hands on mentality and are willing to take on many varying tasks within a small team.
• You are proficient in French with excellent English speaking and writing skills.
