Aufgaben
- Develop advanced electrolyte formulations for high-power lithium-ion battery applications
- Evaluate and select suitable electrolyte components, solvents, salts, and additives
- Plan and execute testing and evaluation of electrolyte formulations
- Stay updated with advancements in electrolyte chemistry
- Collaborate with battery materials and engineering teams
- Implement quality control procedures for electrolyte formulations
- Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures and test results
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations
Voraussetzungen
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 3+ years of industrial experience in lithium-ion battery electrolyte development
- Deep understanding of electrolyte chemistry and battery processes
- Knowledge of battery materials and testing techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like MATLAB and Python
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
