Einführung
As a Learning & Development Manager, you will support the growth of employees through training and development initiatives, working closely with the People & Culture team and management.
Aufgaben
- Planning and organizing internal and external training and coaching
- Developing and maintaining the e-learning platform
- Creating and supporting the creation of training materials
- Supporting People Partners in identifying training needs
- Creating internal processes and policies
- Maintaining training documentation
- Helping form performance management features in software
Voraussetzungen
- University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, Sociology or equivalent working experience
- 2-3 years of experience in talent/career development
- Sound business knowledge and interest in trends in learning & development
- Strong understanding of HR, experience in start-up/scale-up environment is an advantage
- Communicative, open-minded personality with a hands-on mentality
- High level of organizational skills and discretion
- Intrinsically motivated to improve the health of others
- Solution oriented and creative problem solver
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
