Einführung
Join our team as a Lead Line Cook | Chef de Partie and help us define and execute high culinary standards at Verōnika Restaurant & Bar.
Aufgaben
- Assist in driving culinary excellence across the business
- Oversee all culinary requirements for a high-quality seasonal menu
- Prepare all food items ensuring superior quality and consistency
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Maintain recipes, portion specifications, and standard preparation procedures
- Prepare and present food items as ordered
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
- Implement HACCP safety program
- Attend culinary team trainings and meetings
Voraussetzungen
- 4+ years of Lead Line Cook experience or similar role in concept-driven kitchens
- Experience in high-volume and concept-forward kitchens
- Ability to create culturally and dietary-responsive menus
- Strong culinary leadership skills
