Einführung
The Berlin Institute of Health at Charité (BIH) is looking for a Labmanager (d/f/m) for the Clinical Incubator, aimed at supporting the implementation of new research findings in regenerative medicine.
Aufgaben
- Independent safety-related supervision of the laboratories and employees of the clinical incubator
- Independent implementation of safety training and equipment training
- Technical coordination of genetic engineering facilities (S1/S2)
- Waste management in accordance with the applicable regulations
- Recording and tracking of laboratory equipment
- Creating and updating operating instructions and SOPs
- Managing orders for general laboratory consumables and equipment
Voraussetzungen
- University degree in biotechnology or natural sciences, bioengineering or comparable disciplines
- At least five years of experience in laboratory management in an academic and/or commercial laboratory environment
- Knowledge of hazardous materials/hazardous materials organization
- Experience in equipment decontamination and maintenance
- Advanced knowledge of cellular, molecular and microbiological techniques
- Experience with invoicing, budgeting and reporting
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites as required
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident with MS Office
- Customer-oriented, excellently organized and structured
- Flexible and conscientious, high level of commitment and coordination skills
