We are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) in full-time (39h/week) to start immediately in our Sales & Stakeholder Relations department.

Develop a solid and trusting relationship to major key accounts
Gain a complete understanding of key account needs, their markets and their customers
Meet all account needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Resolve account issues and complaints
Manage communications between accounts and internal teams

Degree in a job-related field, preferably business studies
Minimum 3 years of experience in key account or sales activities
Basic knowledge of sales budgeting process, marketing techniques and supply chains
Proficient in English (C1 level), German or other European languages are beneficial
Committed and highly collaborative individual with an open-minded, honest, and precise personality
Strong customer and result orientation, client-centric attitude
Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally
