Einführung
We are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) in full-time (39h/week) to start immediately in our Sales & Stakeholder Relations department.
Aufgaben
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship to major key accounts
- Gain a complete understanding of key account needs, their markets and their customers
- Meet all account needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Resolve account issues and complaints
- Manage communications between accounts and internal teams
Voraussetzungen
- Degree in a job-related field, preferably business studies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account or sales activities
- Basic knowledge of sales budgeting process, marketing techniques and supply chains
- Proficient in English (C1 level), German or other European languages are beneficial
- Committed and highly collaborative individual with an open-minded, honest, and precise personality
- Strong customer and result orientation, client-centric attitude
- Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally
