Einführung
Join Sono Motors as a Junior System Administrator and be the main contact for IT issues, responsible for hardware and software administration, and contribute to our innovative company culture.
Aufgaben
- Be the main contact person for employees in all common IT issues
- Responsible for the installation and administration of client hardware and software (PC, Mac, smartphone) and user accounts
- Identify, prioritize and resolve software and hardware problems
- Work through open requests in the ticket system
- Administer cloud systems (including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
Voraussetzungen
- Experience in IT, preferably with at least 2 years as a career changer
- Proficient in Windows and Linux administration; familiarity with Mac OS is a plus
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, DNS, IP addressing, and VPN
- Familiar with network management and security protocols
- Familiar with Microsoft products
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation is a plus
- Sufficient problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot IT issues
- Good knowledge of German and English
