Your responsibilities

Supporting our Partnerships team on a broad range of topics to ensure effective collaboration with FORLIANCE colleagues and our partners

• Making the relevant information is available to the team for successful collaboration with our partners
• Managing our event planning and conference attendances
• Creating and updating internal documents and presentations
• Coordination, drafting and supporting approvals of contracts with our partners
• Supporting the organisation and logistics of workshops and meetings
• Structuring and feeding regular reporting formats in close exchange with our colleagues in Operations, Finance and Legal
• Researching new prospects and collaborating in new proposals for partners

Your profile

• Relevant training and/or university degree in business administration, sustainability or resource management
• You are able to work independently with care and diligence
• You can clearly convey information to internal stakeholders, both in written reports and presentations
• You are service-oriented with an ability to create effective solutions in partnerships with your colleagues
• You have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with working with a international and multi-cultural team
• Reliability in a remote/hybrid work environment
• Fluent in English, German and/or Spanish is an advantage
