Einführung
We are seeking a Junior SEA (Performance Marketing) Manager with hands-on experience in Google Ads / Bing Ads to join our team.
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement effective Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns aligned with business goals
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify and target the most relevant and high-performing keywords
- Create and optimize ad copy for Responsive Search Ads
- Set up and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage users and increase conversions
- Monitor daily campaign performance and KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS)
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
- Implement bid management strategies to optimize ad spend and maximize ROAS
- Conduct regular A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns
- Prepare concise, clear and insightful reports on campaign performance and optimization opportunities
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelors’ degree in a quantitative field of study (e.g., math, statistics, sciences, engineering, business)
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns
- Demonstrated experience with keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and A/B testing
- Proficient in using Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Excel and other relevant tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
