Einführung
Join 2hearts Community gGmbH as a Junior Operations Manager and help support immigrant talent in the tech scene through various initiatives and projects.
Aufgaben
- Directly work with the Head of Operations and contribute to operational planning of initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate with various 2hearts working groups and teams.
- Ensure efficient internal communication between different teams.
- Monitor the status of all projects and team KPIs in coordination with the Head of Operations.
- Plan and organize online and offline events for the community and programs.
- Conceptualize, create and send internal and external newsletters.
- Co-create documents to approach new partners.
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passion for 2hearts’ cause.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Slack, and other community platforms is a plus.
- Initial experience in operational project management and first professional experience.
- Strong coordination skills in managing complex projects.
- Independent and proactive work style with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Sound analytical skills, structured mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
- High affinity for IT and software tools.
- Experience in communications and social media management is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel to provide on-site support as needed.
