Einführung
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support various aspects of our operations, contributing to the smooth running of our systems and processes.
Aufgaben
- Assisting with the maintenance and updates of CRM and Learning Management Software
- Managing and supporting a large cohort of learners
- Reporting on internal operations and program-specific operations
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations
- Performing general workforce management tasks
- Supporting facilitators with online live sessions
- Collaborating with the operations manager
- Helping set up complex administrative and technological processes
- Coordinating and scheduling training sessions across multiple time zones
Voraussetzungen
- Proficient in using Workforce Management (WFM) and time-tracking software
- Experienced with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Adaptable with an ability to forecast operational needs
- Proficient in reporting and data analysis
- Expert in data visualization tools
- Advanced in Excel/Gsheet skills
- Proficient in capacity planning and resource management
- Analytical and have problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English
- Experience with SQL, relational databases & Business Intelligence (BI) software
- Excellent collaborative skills and stakeholder management
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operational role
