Aufgaben
- Provide first-level support for system-related issues
- Assist in the administration of user accounts and access controls
- Maintain oversight of IT assets and inventories
- Coordinate hardware assets repair and replacement
Voraussetzungen
- Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with MacOS is a plus
- Experience with work queues and ticketing systems is a plus
- Understanding of wiki-type content management systems is a plus
