Your tasks
As a customer care representative in our friendly customer care team, you will make sure that our customers are always helped as best as possible and treated in the nicest way. If solving problems and interacting with people are among your strongest skills, you might have stumbled upon the perfect job for you! Your responsibilities will also include:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries: Ensure quick and friendly replies to emails and phone calls.
- Process replacement orders/refunds: Address customer issues by handling replacement orders or refunds.
- Check reviews on different channels: Regularly monitor and analyze customer reviews.
- Communicate with the warehouse: Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to coordinate orders, stock levels, and deliveries.
Your profile
- Ideally, you can join us starting in November 2024.
- You are fluent in English, Danish and Swedish - but please do not hesitate to contact us if you do not meet all language requirements.
- It's a big plus if you also speak Finnish.
- We’d love to see you in our Berlin office, but 100% remote work (from Germany) is also an option — the choice is yours!
- Your strong service orientation ensures you efficiently address customer needs and deliver high-quality service.
- You are a clear communicator with a solution-driven mindset.
- You work in a structured and organized way.
- You stay calm under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- You take initiative and own your tasks, always aiming for top-quality results.
