Aufgaben
- Supporting the whole range of Microsoft 365 cloud solutions
- Contact person for problems wrt. hardware provisioning, device- and user management
- Familiarising, documenting, improving and executing operational IT tasks
- Maintaining reliable network infrastructure services
- Contributing to strategic IT decisions and the IT Management landscape
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor Student enrolled in an IT related field (computer science / information systems / etc.)
- Hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn about a broad range of IT topics
- Team player willing to go out of your way to help others
- Solid skills in English and German
