About the opportunity
At N26, our Internal IT team (IIT) is dedicated to optimising and automating manual tasks to support the company. We are transitioning from traditional IT to an approach that empowers our users to resolve their own requests efficiently using Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, self-service portals, and other automated solutions. Our IT Support team provides world-class customer service to all employees, acting as the first point of contact for any internal tech-related queries. The team serves as a single point of contact, responsible for triaging and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. In this role, you will:
- Provide IT support to N26 employees to resolve technical issues.
- Support end-user devices and systems including macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS.
- Manage and support N26 tools and applications such as Google Workspace, Kandji, Intune, and ServiceNow.
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
- Deliver technical support across the company.
- Assist with IT onboarding and training for new employees.
- Develop, update, and maintain IT documentation, including internal process documentation and user guides.
- Manage hardware and software asset inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Design and execute projects to enhance systems and operations.
What you need to be successful:
- Ability to independently manage and prioritise workload effectively.
- A proactive, organised, and service-oriented work style with a commitment to meeting Service Level Agreements.
- Relevant academic qualifications or equivalent experience in IT support.
- Experience with ticket-based enterprise workflow management systems, especially JIRA ServiceDesk.
- Strong knowledge of Apple, Windows and ChromeOS operating systems and software.
- Familiarity with the Google ecosystem.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
Nice to Have:
- Certifications in Apple, Google, or Windows.
- Scripting skills (e.g., Google Apps Script, PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Experience with imaging and endpoint management tools (e.g., Meraki, Kandji, Intune, JAMF).
- Knowledge of automation in Atlassian tools.
- Understanding of information security, privacy, and compliance standards and processes.
