Einführung
Join Quest One as an IT Service Manager and help drive climate protection and shape the energy transition.
Aufgaben
- Own the IT Service Governance and establish Quality Assurance for IT Services
- Define and implement SLAs (Service Level Agreements), KPIs and associated monitoring
- Analyze KPI reporting and derive measures/actions accordingly
- Own and administrate the ServiceNow ITSM platform
- Orchestrate external and internal service teams to deliver according to agreed SLAs
- Act as part of the IT Governance Team and as the ITSM owner for the entire IT organisation
- Develop and align the ITSM roadmap with stakeholders in all relevant business functions
- Plan and implement add-ons to the ServiceNow platform according to the agreed roadmap
- Foster collaboration with IT functions from our shareholder (MAN ES) to jointly develop the shared ServiceNow platform
Voraussetzungen
- Graduated in business informatics or comparable studies
- ITIL-certified IT professional
- Problem solver with very good work organization skills
- Sociable and able to work in a team
- Confident and friendly demeanor
- Flexible with strong commitment and willingness to perform
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proper German skills
