Einführung
Join Northwave Deutschland GmbH as an IT Project Manager Security and enjoy the flexibility of remote work throughout Germany while ensuring the security of our customers' networks and systems.
Aufgaben
- Monitor the quality of SOC services at the customer
- Ensure monitoring aligns with identified IT security risks and threats
- Represent Northwave to the customer and vice versa
- Support several customers with SOC monitoring
- Provide monthly reports on service to customers
- Hold regular discussions to optimize services
- Involve in new sales opportunities
- Lead implementation and change projects within the SOC
Voraussetzungen
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in IT or IT management
- Additional qualifications in cyber security (CISSP, CISM) are ideal
- Knowledge in IT management as a project manager or service delivery manager
- Good knowledge of IT security and IT infrastructures
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Strong communication skills
- Very good German and good English
