Aufgaben
- Implementation and coordination of internal corporate communications projects
- Support in the conception, organization and supervision of dialogue and exchange formats between employees and with management
- Lead communication efforts related to organizational changes
- Active development and strategic maintenance of an internal stakeholder network
- Interface in an advisory capacity to all international and national entities
- Support in the development and implementation of consistent corporate messaging
- Creation of articles for the intranet tailored to diverse cultural audiences
- Design and implement initiatives that promote a strong organizational culture
- Support in issues management and crisis communication
- Management of service providers
Voraussetzungen
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal communications
- Bachelor's degree in humanities, social sciences, languages, communications, Public Relations, journalism, or related field
- Proficiency in German and English
- Knowledge of internal and external corporate communications instruments
- High level of competence in writing and editing texts
- Experience in concept development
- Knowledge of content management systems
