    • Building and expanding our brand presence in France by establishing successful partnerships with key influencers on various platforms.
    • Identifying, contacting, and negotiating with influencers and agencies to create mutually beneficial collaborations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Developing and implementing influencer marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness and engagement, driving our growth in the French market.
    • Tracking and analyzing the success of influencer partnerships through key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure a data-driven approach for maximizing return on investment (ROI).
    • Collaborating closely with other teams related to the French market to integrate influencer marketing into larger campaigns for maximum impact.
    • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new social media platforms to keep our brand ahead of the curve in the French market.

    Your profile

    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, with proven success in campaign execution and influencer relationship management.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
    • You live in Berlin or the surrounding area and are happy to be on site at our headquarters in Schöneberg.
    • You have excellent French and strong English communication skills.
    • Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and analytics to measure campaign success and drive continuous improvement.
    • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, especially in France, and a passion for staying on top of influencer marketing trends.
    • Outstanding negotiation skills, relationship-building abilities, and the capacity to communicate and present ideas effectively.
    • You are creative, flexible, and organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
