Einführung
We are seeking an Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Coordinator to manage a field delegation's ICT department and ensure the appropriate delivery of ICT services per the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) standards.
Aufgaben
- Manage the ICT department of a field delegation
- Ensure the delivery of ICT services per ICRC standards
- Provide guidance and support to delegation management regarding the use of technologies
- Guarantee the accurate functioning of the ICT set-up
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and evolution of ICT infrastructure
- Run tests on ICT equipment, hardware, software networks, and other devices
- Manage and lead small multidisciplinary ICT teams
- Recruit and train ICT national staff
Voraussetzungen
- Degree in telecommunications, electronics, computer science or related field
- ICT management certification (ITIL or equivalent)
- Microsoft Certification (MCSA level)
- Fluency in English and French
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT service operation management
- At least 2 years of confirmed experience in people management
- Knowledge of wireless technologies
- Project Management Certification (PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an asset
- Cybersecurity knowledge and experience is an asset
- Strong motivation for humanitarian work
- Empathic and open-minded
- Interest in ICT Operations Management and capacity to run a team with an interest in diversity and inclusion
- Excellent ability to work in a team and under pressure in a potentially dangerous environment
