Aufgaben
- Responsible for writing job posts in collaboration with the team, publishing and advertising them on relevant platforms, screening candidates and managing the selection process.
- Ensure a professional, transparent and consistent candidate experience.
- Actively search for high-profile candidates for open positions and future openings.
- Develop an employee onboarding experience and carry out onboardings.
- Handle complaints from employees or managers and accompany the solution-finding process.
- Advise the management team on operational and strategic HR topics and help write HR related policies.
- Develop employer brand awareness through LinkedIn and other online advertising.
- Act as the primary point of contact to team members for all HR related topics.
Voraussetzungen
- 4+ years of professional experience in recruitment, talent development and talent management in a tech company.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics or Social Studies.
- Great communicator who connects well with people of various domains and cultures.
- Strive to improve employee experience and related processes.
- Tech-savvy and stays up to date on latest developments in the domain.
- Passionate about people and developing and growing talents.
- 'Can do' and 'want to do' attitude.
