Einführung

Aufgaben
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing and resolving inquiries, concerns, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal information, and performance reviews.
- Ensure the company’s HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with German labour laws and regulations.
- Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, taxes, and other deductions.
- Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
- Foster team collaboration and actively work on building a supportive and inclusive work culture.
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes, employee satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness.
Voraussetzungen
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of work experience as an HR Manager, HR Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations in Germany.
- In-depth knowledge of German employment regulations.
- Proven experience in payroll management and HR administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
