    Your Responsibilities

    HR Information & Payroll

    • Maintain accurate employee records, oversee payroll from the company perspective and work closely with external accountants to ensure a smooth payroll cycle each month.
    • Manage  HRIS (Personio), and handle daily people operations including contracts, tools  and resolving requests.
    • Continuously review, optimize, and improve HR processes and workflows, actively leading People projects such as benefits, people analytics, and the implementation of new People tools.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to People policies, collaborating with internal stakeholders like Talent Acquisition and Finance, as well as external payroll providers.

    Onboarding & Offboarding

    • Coordinate onboarding for new employees, support their relocation to Munich/Germany, and ensure an excellent welcome on their first day.
    • Facilitate seamless integration into Entrix office life, partnering with other departments to help new hires understand our product, team, and culture.
    • Lead a smooth and positive offboarding experience, conducting exit interviews, managing final paperwork, and ensuring the return of company property while celebrating each employee’s contributions.

    Your Profile

    **Mandatory Requirements **

    • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR, People Operations, Administration, or a similar role, preferably in a startup, dynamic environment, or the hospitality industry.
    • Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness, ensuring every task is completed to the highest standard, with no errors overlooked.
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems (particularly Personio) and a solid understanding of payroll processes.
    • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and focus.
    • Excellent communication abilities, combined with high levels of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
    • A proactive mindset, capable of independently leading initiatives and projects to completion.
    • C1-level fluency in both English and German.

    I was born and raised in Turkey and moved to Germany in 2015 so I know a thing or two about moving countries and starting a new life here. I studied Psychology in my BSc and MSc thinking I will either stay in academia or go on a clinical psychology journey but then decided to move to business - a decision that I am very happy with since then! The last 8 years I have worked at tech startups at very different size and development stages (from employee number 20 to 200).

Therefore all People Team Members have to be first and foremost members of the Entrix team and then our team. From entry level to the most senior members of the team, everyone is hired for a reason and that is to create a positive impact on the overall organization.
