Einführung
We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Officer (m/f/d) to further develop our health and safety standards and ensure compliance with all legal and internal regulations.
Aufgaben
- Development and implementation of occupational health and safety programs
- Carrying out risk assessments and hazard analyses
- Training and raising employee awareness in occupational health and safety
- Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines
- Accident investigations and reporting
- Coordination with authorities and internal departments
- Audits and inspections in the area of occupational health and safety
- Emergency management
Voraussetzungen
- Completed studies in safety management, engineering, environmental sciences, training as a master craftsman or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety, experience in the solar industry is an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of national and international occupational health and safety laws, regulations and standards
- Special qualifications in the field of occupational safety are an advantage
- High sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English; knowledge of Bulgarian or Russian is an advantage
