Lingoda is seeking a Head of Teaching to lead and develop our teaching teams, ensuring high-quality language education and teacher satisfaction.

Lead the Teacher Management and Teacher Experience teams
Ensure student satisfaction scores and pass rates are maintained and improved
Manage teacher supply to fulfil all classes
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to monitor and manage teacher performance
Motivate, train and support teachers
Implement strategies to continuously measure and improve teacher performance
Provide a supportive environment for teachers
Represent teachers throughout the organisation

Strong educational experience, preferably leading an online or offline language learning school
Strong experience in managing teachers to deliver quality at scale
Analytical mindset and forecasting skills
Strong leadership & management skills
An entrepreneurial mindset
A hands-on approach with attention to detail
Confident and decisive
Basic understanding of labour law regarding teacher workforce
C2 level in German; fluency in English
