As our Head of Sales, you will…
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and optimize scalable sales strategies that drive our growth.
- Take responsibility for achieving and exceeding revenue targets, monitoring KPIs, and reporting regularly to the executive team.
- Implement efficient sales processes, build high-performance systems, and optimize the use of our existing tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Manage and oversee the sales budget effectively.
- Conduct regular market and competitive analyses to identify trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Sales & Account Management
- Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Guide corporate and mid-sized clients through the sales process, demonstrate the value of our solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Nurture long-term client relationships, identify opportunities to expand the use of our solutions, and help clients realize the full value of our services.
- Manage key accounts and lead strategic projects for client development and retention.
- Take charge of project management for developing and establishing strategic partnerships.
Company Representation
- Represent Packwise at trade fairs and events to generate leads, build brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and create new business opportunities.
What you bring to the team - you...
- Have several years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a leadership role.
- Possess strong team leadership skills, set clear KPIs, and drive your team to achieve outstanding results.
- Demonstrate a track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies and have a solid understanding of the market.
- Are results-driven, highly self-motivated, and demonstrate strong resilience and determination.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills with clients and partners, convincing them through your confident presence and strong negotiation skills.
- Have a solid grasp of sales metrics and analytical abilities.
- Are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Hold a degree in a business-related field.
