Einführung
As a key member of our Business Development team with a focus on Sales, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and success.
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Set the direction for new product development and improvements in collaboration with the product team.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Manage budget planning and control within the sales department.
Voraussetzungen
- Hold a degree in Food Technology/Biotechnology and ideally an MBA or experience in Business Administration.
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally in the food industry or a related field.
- Have a proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Possess leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset and excellent analytical skills.
- Are fluent in English; German skills are an advantage.
