Einführung
Join Prewave as the Head of Revenue Operations and lead our end-to-end Revenue Operations function, building a team of sales operations experts to enhance supply chain transparency and resilience.
Aufgaben
- Strategically partner with leaders of each Go To Market function to define priorities and execute plans.
- Lead annual Go To Market (GTM) planning and define GTM strategy.
- Run regular cadences such as forecast calls and demand generation reviews.
- Define business requirements and act as a sparring partner for systems and data infrastructure.
- Continuously strive for excellence, automation, and insight in the GTM space.
Voraussetzungen
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, B2B Sales, Strategy or similar
- Bachelor degree in business or technology
- Strong thought leadership and ability to identify challenges and opportunities
- Good business acumen and understanding of B2B Go To Market and sales
- Ability to manage projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
- Analytical skills with the ability to derive business insights from data
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with people management and leading a small team
