Head of Retail Expansion - Italy (m/f/d) bei KoRo

Join us as the Head of Retail Expansion to shape the future of retail in Italy and drive KoRo's expansion in national and international retail.

Conception and implementation of a holistic expansion and growth strategy for the Italian market
Carrying out strategic market analyses to gain relevant insights and derive concrete action measures
Management and development of a national and international key account team
Working closely with the Sales Leadership Team and the Vertical Lead to develop and implement the overall offline retail strategy
Identify and acquire new retail locations and partnerships in Italy
Negotiating contracts and agreements with retail partners
Monitoring and controlling the entire expansion process
Regular reporting to C-Level on the progress and results of retail expansion

At least 3-5 years of experience in retail, quick commerce, and expansion in the FMCG or food sector
Degree in business administration, management, finance, or law from a top university
Excellent English and relevant additional language skills; German is a plus
Experience in leading and developing teams in fast-growing environments
In-depth knowledge of conducting market analyses and developing strategic recommendations
Strong negotiating skills and good communication skills
Proactive and goal-oriented way of working
Ability to work under pressure and implement complex projects
