Einführung
Join RENAC as a Proposal and Business Development Manager (Renewable Energies) and lead our efforts in project tenders and proposal design in the renewable energy sector.
Aufgaben
- Lead the project and proposal design process, including planning, writing, and budgeting for renewable energy capacity building projects.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities in project tenders specifically related to renewable energies.
- Coordinate and draft technical and financial proposals that meet tender requirements.
- Apply for project tenders and manage the tender process from start to finish.
- Work closely with other internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Lead and manage a compact and energetic business development and sales team, also with technical departments during all stages of project development.
- Represent RENAC at public and private events.
Voraussetzungen
- Proven experience in monitoring and preparing proposals for technical assistance projects.
- Knowledge of tendering processes for institutions such as GIZ, EU, World Bank, KfW, UN or ISA.
- Experience in project planning and budgeting, with a clear understanding of complex tendering processes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform accurate calculations.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent writing and communication skills in English and German.
- The ability to lead and motivate a team and to work independently and cooperatively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to build and maintain networks within the industry and trends.
- University degree in a related field (engineering, business, etc.) preferred.
