- Design competitive compensation and benefits packages

- Implement employee retention strategies and professional development opportunities
- Enhance employer branding and oversee recruitment processes
- Ensure legal compliance and best practices in HR policies and procedures
Voraussetzungen
- 5+ years of experience in a senior HR or People & Culture role
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
- Experience in international remote/hybrid HR processes
- Knowledge of talent management and employee engagement practices
- Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and German
