    Einführung

    As the Head of People & Culture, you will play a crucial role in defining and nurturing our company’s culture and talent strategy to ensure we remain innovative and ahead of the curve.

    • Lead the People & Culture team to develop and execute strategies that align with business goals and values.
    • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and report on key HR metrics to the executive team.
    • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to meet organizational needs.
    • Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages.
    • Design and oversee HR strategies like pay equity and DEI initiatives.
    • Create and implement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
    • Develop strength-based leadership trainings for the leadership team.
    • Implement employee retention strategies focused on professional development and recognition.
    • Oversee performance appraisal systems and professional development opportunities.
    • Enhance employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
    • Oversee recruitment, pipeline management, and new employee onboarding.
    • Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
    • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.

    Voraussetzungen

    • At least 5+ years of experience in a senior HR or People & Culture role.
    • Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Experience implementing core HR processes in an international remote/hybrid setup.
    • In-depth knowledge of talent management and employee engagement practices.
    • High degree of emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Great written and verbal command of English and German.
