Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, fostering a positive culture, implementing employee retention initiatives, overseeing recruitment and employer branding, and managing HR operations effectively.
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute strategies aligning with business goals and values
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics for decision-making
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Design and oversee HR strategies for pay equity and DEI initiatives
- Create initiatives for positive, inclusive culture
- Implement employee retention strategies
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and professional development opportunities
- Enhance employer branding and oversee recruitment
- Create and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration
Voraussetzungen
- 5+ years of experience in a senior HR or People & Culture role
- Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving approach
- Experience in international remote/hybrid setups
- Knowledge of talent management and employee engagement practices
- Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and German
