Aufgaben
- Envision, lead and drive the leading marketplace in the industry while building a great product that customers love
- Partner with CEO and Lead of Product Management to define, prioritize and realize our product roadmap
- Translate the product roadmap into a highly scalable and cost-efficient architecture leveraging modern technologies
- Diving into coding and getting your hands dirty
- Manifest a product and customer driven culture in the company
- Lead and enable a strong engineering team of backend and frontend developers to execute on the product roadmap through setting objectives, coaching, empowering, hiring and retaining talent
Voraussetzungen
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in modern technology with 3+ years in management of distributed engineering teams ideally in a high-growth company
- Proficiency in GO on the backend, JS/Next.js on the frontend - all running on GCP
- Experience working on eCommerce, marketplaces or B2C Platform products
- Proficiency in understanding the requirements of building a product from scratch
- Ideally proven record of building marketplace and/or e-commerce products
- Strong leadership expertise with the ability to attract, motivate, and hire a top level product team
- Excellent communication skills in English
