Einführung
Join Q ENERGY as the Head of Business Development for Germany and lead our efforts in the renewable energy sector, focusing on greenfield development and strategic growth.
Aufgaben
- Recruitment & onboarding of new employees
- Guidance and development of the team
- Identification and analysis of the German market
- Commercial evaluation of new business cases (Repowering, AgriPV, Hydrogen etc.)
- Greenfield development of PV, Wind, BESS etc.
- Evaluation, support and coordination with internal and external parties to reach contractual and investment decisions
- Lead development activities, including securing land and obtaining permits in Germany
- Support marketing activities and attend seminars, trade fairs and networking events
Voraussetzungen
- Extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on market analysis, (greenfield) project development, and business case evaluation in Germany
- Proven leadership experience in recruiting, onboarding, and managing teams
- Strong ability to coordinate and support projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in German and English
- Willingness to travel as required
