Aufgaben
- Implement necessary steps to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws
- Manage information security management system standards requirements
- Structure and coordinate activities around compliance with laws and data security standards
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on data privacy and security topics
- Interact with the Information Security Officer
- Work on policies for compliance with legislation
- Deliver training to staff on data protection and security measures
- Conduct gap analyses and create compliance reports
- Maintain records of data processing operations
- Address queries from data subjects
- Liaise with third-party organizations that process data
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Arts / Science
- Excellent English and German language skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Solid knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR)
- Solid knowledge of data security standards (e.g., ISO 27001)
- At least 2 years of hands-on work experience in data protection and security
- Knowledge of data processing operations in the sector is ideal
- Familiarity with computer security systems
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain impartial and report non-compliance issues
- Fast learner with high intrinsic motivation
