Einführung
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Commercial to join our team. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the commercial strategy to ensure the continued growth and success of KoRo.
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with KoRo's growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor the commercial team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with supply chain management, marketing, product development and logistics teams to ensure seamless product launches and campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and financial performance of the commercial department.
- Explore new market opportunities.
Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role, preferably within the food or e-commerce industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and pricing strategies.
- Fluent in English.
