Mit diesen Aufgaben trägst Du zum Erfolg bei

Aufbau & Entwicklung unseres internationalen Wholesale-Netzwerks in Europa – von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung.
Gewinnung & Weiterentwicklung strategisch relevanter Wholesale-Partner tinnen mit Fokus auf hochwertige, selektive Vertriebskanäle.
Lead-Generierung durch Dein starkes Netzwerk: Du kennst die Key Player der Branche und nutzt Dein Gespür für nachhaltiges Wachstum.
Vertriebsausbau in Europa, insbesondere für Shop-Expansion und Casual-Segmente wie Denim.
Vertragsgestaltung & Verhandlungsführung mit neuen Partner tinnen, um nachhaltige und wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Kooperationen zu sichern.
Aufbau & Führung eines Distributionsnetzwerks: Du findest, entwickelst und motivierst Vertriebspartner tinnen zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Ziele.
Optimierung der Wholesale-Prozesse, um Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit sicherzustellen – immer im Einklang mit Marktanforderungen und unserer Markenstrategie.
Direkte Berichtslinie an den Director Global Sales und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Sales, Marketing oder Mode-/Textilmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Wholesale-Positionen (Head of Sales oder Senior Sales Management) innerhalb der europäischen Modeindustrie – davon mehrere Jahre in einer Führungsrolle.
Erste Erfahrung in Teamführung, Motivation und Entwicklung von Mitarbeiter tinnen.
Ein breites Netzwerk in der europäischen Fashion-Branche.
Drive & Ambition: Du siehst ehrgeizige Ziele als spannende Herausforderung und hast die Ausdauer, ein Wholesale-Netzwerk von Grund auf aufzubauen.
Verhandlungssicherheit, analytisches Denken und ein Gespür für strategische Marktentwicklung.
Fließende Englischkenntnisse – weitere europäische Sprachen sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
Leidenschaft für nachhaltigere Mode: Du willst aktiv dazu beitragen, die Branche zum Besseren zu verändern.

What is the job about?

Building & expanding our international wholesale network in Europe – from strategy to execution.
Acquiring & managing strategic wholesale partners with a focus on high-quality, selective distribution channels.
Generating leads through your strong industry network: You know the key players and have a keen sense of sustainable growth opportunities.
Expanding sales in Europe, particularly in shop expansion and casual segments like denim.
Negotiating & structuring contracts with new partners to ensure sustainable and profitable collaborations.
Building & leading a distribution network: You find, develop, and motivate sales partners to achieve shared goals.
Optimizing wholesale processes to ensure efficiency and scalability, always aligned with market requirements and brand strategy.
Reporting directly to the Director Global Sales and working closely with internal stakeholders.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Fashion/Textile Management or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in wholesale positions (Head of Sales, Senior Sales Management) in the European fashion industry – including multiple years in a leadership role.
Initial experience in team leadership, motivation, and employee development.
A strong network in the European fashion industry.
Drive & ambition: You see ambitious goals as exciting challenges and have the perseverance to build a wholesale network from scratch.
Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a strategic market development mindset.
Fluency in English – additional European languages are a plus but not a must.
Passion for sustainable fashion: You actively want to contribute to making the industry better.
