Impact Hub Berlin is looking for a Head Coach to support the success of the participating ventures on our Climate Innovation Accelerator programme, funded by Nachhaltig Wirken from Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz.

We are Europe’s largest Impact Hub – a 3,500m2, circularly-built and run coworking space in Berlin, Neukölln – and we want you to be a part of making impact work.

Your deliverables

• Implement the startup curriculum for participants;
• Lead and coach participants and teams in the creation and implementation of their development plan in weekly 1-on-1 meetings and other individual sessions;
• Evaluate participants' feedback on the incubation programme and iterate/adapt the programme with coaches, mentor and masterclasses according to their needs;
• Build and develop relationships with potential cooperation partners and pilot partners, and facilitate venture introductions where relevant.
• Develop and maintain budget for the program
• Support in the detailed reporting of the incubation programme

Your qualifications and skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, social sciences, administration, engineering or natural sciences);
• At least five years of professional experience as coach or a project leader of a competence-building programme in the startup sector;
• Extensive network in and knowledge of the startup world;
• Prior experience in the field of technology-based startups;
• Knowledge of common startup methodology skills (e.g. Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas, BMC, Rapid Prototyping);
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Passion for innovation, entrepreneurship and impact;
• German and English fluency;
• The right to work in the EU, and be based in Berlin.
