As a Senior Conversion Optimization Manager at Tomorrow You’ll own two of our key digital touchpoints: our website and app store presence. Your mission is to shape and optimize these channels across the entire customer journey – from the very first click to account activation – to engage and convert curious visitors into excited Tomorrow customers.

We’re looking for a freelancer to support our team two days a week.

You’ll work closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, Content, Product, and Tech to create a seamless, measurable and scalable user experience. Together with our Web Developers, you’ll drive technical implementation and ensure continuous improvements across channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a shared roadmap for data-driven optimization of both touchpoints – in close alignment with Marketing, CRM, Content, Product and Tech.
Website & App Store Optimization (ASO): Analyze the performance of our website and app store presence to identify opportunities for improvement and increase conversion rates.
Experimentation & A/B Testing: Plan, run and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments. Manage and prioritize a structured backlog of test ideas.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, create regular reports and derive actionable insights.
Technical Requirements Management: Work seamlessly with Web Development to define clear technical requirements and user stories – and bring curiosity for new tools and technologies.
Team Leadership: Lead a small team of Web Developers to implement optimization measures effectively.

What we're looking for

Several years of experience in digital marketing, growth, CRO or product marketing
Proven expertise in optimizing websites and app store presences – ideally in a digital-first environment
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Web Analytics, A/B testing, SEO and ASO
The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and lead with empathy
A holistic mindset for cross-channel customer journeys and user-centric thinking
Technical understanding and hands-on CMS experience – you know how to translate marketing needs into clear specs
A structured work approach, strong quality awareness and collaborative spirit
Fluency in both German and English – written and spoken

Als Senior Conversion Optimization Manager (w/m/d) bei Tomorrow verantwortest du zwei unserer zentralen digitalen Touchpoints: Website und App Stores. Dein Ziel? Sie entlang der gesamten Customer Journey so zu gestalten und weiterzuentwickeln, dass sie potenzielle Kund*innen begeistern und konvertieren – vom ersten Klick bis zur Kontoeröffnung.

Zur Verstärung unseres Teams suchen wir eine*n Freelancer*in, der/die uns an zwei Tagen pro Woche unterstützt.

Du arbeitest dabei eng mit Performance Marketing, CRM, Content, Product und Tech zusammen und schaffst kanalübergreifend eine nahtlose, messbare und skalierbare Nutzer*innen-Erfahrung. Seite an Seite mit Web-Developer*innen treibst du technische Umsetzungen voran und optimierst kontinuierlich unsere Kanäle.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

Strategie & Roadmap: Entwicklung und Pflege einer gemeinsamen Roadmap zur datengetriebenen Optimierung der beiden Touchpoints – in Abstimmung mit Marketing, CRM, Content, Produkt und Tech.
Website & App Store Optimization (ASO): Analyse der Website- und App Store-Performance zur Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Steigerung der Conversion.
Experimentation & A/B-Testing: Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von A/B-Tests und weiteren Experimenten. Verwaltung und Priorisierung eines strukturierten Backlogs an Testideen.
Datenanalyse & Reporting: Überwachung relevanter KPIs sowie regelmäßiges Reporting und das Ableiten von Handlungsempfehlungen..
Technisches Anforderungsmanagement: Nahtlose Zusammenarbeit mit dem Web-Development zur Erstellung klarer technischer Anforderungen, User Stories und du hast Interesse an neuen, technischen Tools.
Fachliche Führung: Leitung eines kleinen Teams von Web-Entwickler*innen zur technischen Umsetzung der Optimierungsmaßnahmen.

Was Du mitbringen solltest

Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing, Growth, CRO oder Product Marketing
Du hast fundierte Expertise in der Optimierung von Websites und App-Store-Auftritten – idealerweise im digitalen Umfeld
Du bist datengetrieben, analytisch stark und beherrschst Tools wie Web-Analytics, A/B-Testing und SEO/ASO
Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich kommunizieren und Teams inspirieren
Du verstehst kanalübergreifende Customer Journeys – und denkst sie ganzheitlich
Du bringst technisches Verständnis mit, hast Erfahrung mit CMS-Systemen und übersetzt Marketinganforderungen in klare Spezifikationen
