➔ Entrepreneurial mindset: You create real value for entrepreneurs and investors proactively

➔ People-first approach: While you have a strong affinity for tech and scalable processes, you excel in building human connections

➔ Strong communication skills: Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written), with the ability to interact across multiple stakeholders

➔ You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving between strategy and execution

➔ Bonus, but optional: Experience in community building, startups, or early-stage venture capital

➔ You care about impact, share our values and are fun to work with

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE.

➔ Work directly with the founding team to identify and run experiments on the biggest value drivers

➔ Lead initiatives that shape better’s growth while executing multiple projects hands on

➔ Engage directly with founders and angels ,understand their needs and create structures and formats for the thriving network

➔ Develop and execute communication strategies ,both for our tech platform and in-person, that energize the entrepreneurial community

➔ Implement digital and scalable processes to drive efficiency at highest excellence

➔ Create the flywheel in which active members shape our community and drive its growth
