Einführung
As a Growth Associate, you will work directly with our Head of Growth to refine and implement our go-to-market strategy, impacting Ivy’s revenue growth and customer base expansion.
Aufgaben
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new market expansion opportunities
- Develop and implement targeted customer acquisition strategies
- Define and refine ideal buying personas
- Collaborate with the product team to craft outreach strategies
- Design and execute innovative outreach campaigns
- Act as a liaison between marketing and sales
- Work directly with the founders for strategic decision-making
Voraussetzungen
- Demonstrated excellence in strategy, consulting, startups, or fast-paced environments
- Prior experience in sales and/or marketing
- Proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach
- Self-starter who brings new ideas and initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Based in Berlin or open to relocate
- Bonus: Experience or interest in the fin-tech/payments industry
