Einführung
As the Global Strategic Operations Manager for our thriving pre-owned bike marketplace, you will spearhead the expansion and optimisation of our global logistics network.
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for expanding the network of service points to support marketplace operations globally.
- Identify and establish partnerships with service providers, ensuring alignment with quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop new approaches for the strategic advancement of logistics processes, focusing on cost efficiency, shipping lead times, customer experience, and scalability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess and optimise the geographical distribution of physical touchpoints in the supply chain.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Voraussetzungen
- Experience in a consultancy, dynamic start-up or scale-up environment, or similar.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute plans that align with business objectives and market demands.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to cultivate partnerships with service providers and stakeholders.
- Analytic proficiency to assess network performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis and comfortable working with spreadsheets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
