Einführung
enpact e.V. is looking for a Freelance Expert to join our international team, with a special focus on community management!
Aufgaben
- Organize two half-day information events in Berlin to introduce the startup ecosystems of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, and Ukraine to the Berlin startup community.
- Support the development and organization of an exchange program for young entrepreneurs from the West Balkans and Ukraine in Berlin.
- Organize a delegation trip to Sarajevo and Tirana for Berlin-based startups and support organizations to facilitate knowledge transfer and partnership building.
- Develop and implement a program to host a group of startups and support organizations from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, and Ukraine in Berlin for knowledge exchange and networking.
Voraussetzungen
- Proven experience in event management, project management, and community building.
- Strong network within the Berlin startup ecosystem.
- Understanding of startup development needs and access to relevant resources.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages (German, Bosnian, Albanian, Ukrainian) as an asset.
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations and/or within the development cooperation sector is an asset.
