Einführung
As a key member of our Business Development team with a focus on Sales, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and success.
Aufgaben
- Engage in acquiring new customers and maintaining existing client relationships, guiding them from the first contact to the successful conclusion of a contract.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely on improving our sales processes to better serve our customers.
- Optimize sales and communication strategies in close interaction with the product and marketing teams.
Voraussetzungen
- Hold a degree in Food Technology/Biotechnology and ideally an MBA or experience in Business Administration.
- Bring initial experience in sales or business development, e.g., through internships or student jobs.
- Have an interest in the food industry or technology sector.
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative and motivation to work in a dynamic environment.
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Seek to grow and develop within a startup environment.
- Are fluent in English; German skills are an advantage.
