Aufgaben
- Provide advanced and comprehensive financial analysis and reporting for assigned projects
- Develop team members and drive the team with an inclusive leadership style
- Act as a business partner to Construction management team
- Support regular Project Management/Steering meetings and analyze financial impacts
- Analyze Pre-Post calculations to identify root causes and lessons learned
- Provide budget support during the annual exercise and monthly follow-up on deviations
- Ensure accurate and timely financial data and reporting for projects
Voraussetzungen
- Finance Degree; Knowledge of Corporate Finance, audit and accounting
- Experience in Controller positions or similar in international companies
- Experience with SAP
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in English
- Leadership experience is an advantage
