Your areas of responsibility

• As Financial Analyst (m/f/d) or Sales Controller (m/f/d) you take ownership of the controlling function and continuously improve processes, challenging the status quo in sales profitability, pricing, and tracking.
• You keep a close eye on promotional and contractual sales obligations, ensuring they’re tracked, monitored, and approved smoothly.
• You partner with the controlling team on budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closings, while contributing to key business case evaluations.
• You push boundaries by continuously challenging and refining finance processes, making them more efficient.
• You play a vital role in supporting seamless reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
• You collaborate closely with the international Consumer Sales Team, working together to drive impactful results.

Requirements

• You bring 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Sales Controller, or in a similar role.
• You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• You have a natural talent for analyzing data and a passion for sales numbers.
• You thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy working in a structured, independent way.
• You’re an expert in MS Excel, turning data into actionable insights.
• You’re fluent in both German and English, and if you speak another European language, that’s a great bonus!

What would make you stand out even more:

• You’ve worked with Google Sheets or NetSuite.
• You have experience in the fast-paced world of start-ups or scale-ups, and you love the energy that comes with it!
