Einführung
Join Orbem as a Finance Trainee and shape our financial processes while gaining insights into all aspects of Finance in a dynamic startup environment.
Aufgaben
- Supporting daily operations in all Finance areas and taking responsibility for such areas after successful onboarding
- Making suggestions to improve existing processes, procedures and documentation after being onboarded on these tasks and executing these suggestions
- Support special projects such as the entry into new markets through the creation of subsidiaries or implementation of new financial systems
- Financial analysis of Orbem operations to support effective decision-making
Voraussetzungen
- Successful completion of a master’s degree in a discipline related to finance and/or accounting, as well as strong academic performance
- Minimum of one internship in finance and accounting
- Leverage critical thinking and analytical skills in decision-making
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills
- Strong display of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity
- Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
- Willing to assist in developing solutions to tackle problems and achieve outcomes
- Ability to review own performance and progression to learn from successes and setbacks
- Proficient knowledge and experience using standard Google and Microsoft tools
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent communicator
Benefits
- €50,000 - €55,000 yearly salary, up to €20,000 in equity
- Up to €5,000 p.a. in company benefits
- Hybrid work model in Munich or remote in Germany
